I attained an M.A. from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London and have over five years experience as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Working in an integrative way on the fundamental principle of building and expanding on people’s strengths and qualities, I specialise in issues such as bereavement, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship and other challenges. Of particular interest is the subject of adoption and its related issues.

As a member of both the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I am bound by their Codes of Ethics.
